Abstract (Abstrak)
ABSTRAK EKA KURNIAWAN. Strategi Rantai Pasok Berkelanjutan Berbasis Business Model Canvas dan SWOT pada PT Barru Mandiri Nusantara (PT BMN) (dibimbing oleh Prof. Dr. Hj. Mahlia Muis, S.E., M.Si., CIPM). Latar belakang. Tantangan keberlanjutan dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok semakin meningkat, khususnya pada sektor distribusi bahan kimia pengolahan air yang memiliki sensitivitas tinggi terhadap aspek lingkungan, efisiensi logistik, dan keberlanjutan layanan publik. PT Barru Mandiri Nusantara (PT BMN) sebagai perusahaan daerah yang berperan dalam distribusi bahan kimia untuk PDAM di wilayah Indonesia Timur menghadapi berbagai permasalahan internal, antara lain keterbatasan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, panjangnya durasi pengiriman, serta belum terintegrasinya sistem distribusi berbasis digital. Kondisi tersebut menuntut perumusan strategi rantai pasok yang adaptif, efisien, dan berorientasi pada prinsip keberlanjutan. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi rantai pasok PT BMN serta merumuskan strategi rantai pasok berkelanjutan dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan analisis SWOT dalam kerangka Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, serta dokumentasi internal perusahaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan meliputi Business Model Canvas, analisis SWOT (IFAS dan EFAS), serta pemetaan strategi berdasarkan kuadran SWOT. Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT BMN memiliki peluang eksternal yang cukup besar, terutama dari dukungan kebijakan pemerintah terhadap penyediaan air bersih dan peluang transformasi digital, namun masih menghadapi kelemahan internal pada aspek kompetensi SDM, sistem logistik, dan integrasi informasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT, posisi strategis PT BMN berada pada kuadran Weakness–Opportunity (WO), sehingga strategi prioritas yang direkomendasikan meliputi digitalisasi supply chain, penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan GSCM, serta pengembangan sistem distribusi yang terintegrasi dan berorientasi pada efisiensi serta keberlanjutan. Kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi Business Model Canvas dan analisis SWOT dalam kerangka Green Supply Chain Management dapat menjadi pendekatan strategis yang efektif untuk merumuskan strategi rantai pasok berkelanjutan pada perusahaan distribusi bahan kimia daerah. Penerapan strategi yang berfokus pada digitalisasi dan penguatan kapasitas internal diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperkuat daya saing, serta mendukung keberlanjutan layanan publik PT BMN di wilayah Indonesia Timur. Sustainable Supply Chain Strategy Based on the Business Model Canvas and SWOT Analysis at PT Barru Mandiri Nusantara (PT BMN) (supervised by Prof. Dr. Hj. Mahlia Muis, S.E., M.Si., CIPM). Background. Sustainability challenges in supply chain management have become increasingly significant, particularly in the distribution of water treatment chemicals, which involves high sensitivity to environmental aspects, logistical efficiency, and the continuity of public services. PT Barru Mandiri Nusantara (PT BMN), a regional company engaged in supplying water treatment chemicals to regional water utilities (PDAM) in Eastern Indonesia, faces several internal constraints, including limited human resource capacity, long delivery lead times, and the absence of an integrated digital distribution system. These conditions highlight the need for an adaptive, efficient, and sustainability-oriented supply chain strategy. Objectives. This study aims to analyze the existing supply chain conditions of PT BMN and to formulate a sustainable supply chain strategy by integrating the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis within the Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) framework. Methods. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and internal company documentation. The analytical tools applied include the Business Model Canvas, SWOT analysis (IFAS and EFAS), and strategic mapping based on the SWOT quadrant. Results. The findings indicate that PT BMN possesses considerable external opportunities, particularly in terms of government support for clean water provision and digital transformation initiatives. However, the company still faces internal weaknesses related to human resource competencies, logistics systems, and information integration. The SWOT analysis places PT BMN in the Weakness–Opportunity (WO) quadrant, suggesting that priority strategies should focus on supply chain digitalization, strengthening human resource capacity through GSCM-oriented training, and developing an integrated and efficiency-driven distribution system that supports sustainability objectives. Conclusion. This study concludes that integrating the Business Model Canvas and SWOT analysis within the Green Supply Chain Management framework provides an effective strategic approach for formulating sustainable supply chain strategies in regional chemical distribution companies. Emphasizing digital transformation and internal capacity development is expected to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen competitiveness, and support the long-term sustainability of PT BMN’s public service operations in Eastern Indonesia.
