Abstract (Abstrak)

Bahasa Indonesia FITRIADI. Pengaruh Perubahan Desain terhadap Biaya dan Waktu Pelaksanaan pada Pekerjaan Main Cofferdam proyek Bendungan Lau Simeme Paket I (dibimbing oleh Farouk Maricar dan Rosmariani Arifuddin) Bendungan secara umum adalah bangunan yang berupa urugan tanah, urugan batu, beton, dan atau pasangan batu yang dibangun untuk menahan dan menampung air. Fungsi utama dari Bendungan menangkap air dan menyimpannya di musim hujan waktu air sungai mengalir dalam jumlah besar dan yang melebihi kebutuhan baik untuk keperluan. Perubahan desain pekerjaan main cofferdam proyek Bendungan merupakan proyek yang mengkombinasikan science and art, inovatif dan teknologi serta perilaku dalam konstruksi bangunan sesuai prinsip hidrolika statika, dinamika, mekanika bahan dan material, serta analisis struktur untuk menghasilkan proyek pembangunan yang efisien dalam pembiayaan secara ekonomis dan tepat secara waktu. Metode penelitian secara deksriptif kuantitatif berdasarkan data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang dilakukan berupa analisis biaya dan waktu untuk proyek Bendungan Lau Simeme dilakukan melalui analisis perbandingan harga dan penggunaan aplikasi microsoft project berdasarkan desain awal dengan review desain main cofferdam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan desain main cofferdam menggunakan material Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL). Pelaksanaan main yang digunakan material Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL), dengan nilai permeabilitas 5 x 10-11 cm/detik secara keamaan Bendungan dan spesifikasi kontrak sudah memenuhi syarat. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan desain main cofferdam menggunaan material Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) diperoleh penambahan biaya sebesar Rp. 4.009.036.789,- dan terhadap waktu ada efesiensi waktu sebesar 82 hari atau sebesar 26.97% tanpa merubah waktu jam kerja dibandingkan dengan desain awal. The main function of the dam is to capture water and store it in the rainy season when river water flows in large quantities and which exceeds the needs for both purposes. Changes in the design of the main cofferdam work of the dam project is a project that combines science and art, innovative and technology and behavior in building construction according to the principles of hydraulics of statics, dynamics, mechanics of materials and materials, and structural analysis to produce development projects that are efficient in financing economically and on time. The research method is descriptive quantitative based on primary data and secondary data. The data analysis carried out in the form of cost and time analysis for the Lau Simeme dam project was carried out through price comparison analysis and the use of Microsoft Project applications based on the initial design with the main cofferdam design review. The results showed that the main cofferdam design used Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) material. The implementation of the main used Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) material, with a permeability value of 5 x 10-11 cm/sec in terms of dam safety is qualified. The implementation of the main cofferdam design work using Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) material obtained an additional cost of Rp. 4,009,036,789.- and against time there is a time efficiency of 82 days or 26.97% without changing the working hours compared to the initial design.
