Design and Development of a Web-Based Data Bank Information System as a Solution for Information and Data Management at Kalla Toyota (supervised by Dr. Eng Supri Bin Hj Amir, S.Si., M.Eng.). Background. Kalla Toyota faces the challenge of managing scattered, difficult to access, and poorly integrated data. This has an impact on inefficient information flow and slow strategic decision making. In addition, limited data access between branches often causes delays in providing the best service to customers. This challenge shows the need for a digital-based solution that can support centralized data integration to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Digitalization through the data bank website is expected to provide faster data access, facilitate information searches, and support more organized data management. Objectives. This study aims to design and build a web-based Kalla Toyota data bank website as an integrated data management solution. Methods. The development of the Kalla Toyota data bank website was carried out using a software development approach with a waterfall model. Results. The design and development of the Kalla Toyota Data Bank website were successfully carried out referring to the basic waterfall mode research method.
