Pengaruh Proses Rekrutmen Dan Seleksi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
Pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar

Masalah pokok dalam peneitian ini adalah apakah proses rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar. Diantara
proses rekrutmen dan seleksi yang manakah yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap
kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar. Tujuan penelitian ini
adalah 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh proses rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan
pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar. 2) Untuk mengetahui manakah faktor yang
berpengaruh lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Muamalat
Indonesia,Tbk. Makassar. Untuk mengaplikasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan metode
deskriptif, metode statistic deskriptif dengan bantuan system komputerisasi (program SPSS
versi 16) dengan menggunakan rumus yaitu analisis regresi sederhana, uji T dan uji F.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis mengenai pengaruh antara rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja
karyawan khususnya pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar, ternyata diketahui
bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja
karyawan. Dengan demikian hipotesis terbukti

The main issue in this study is whether the recruitment and selection process affects the
performance of employess at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar between
recruitment and selection process that is most dominant influence on the performance of
employees at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar.The purpose of this study were 1)
to determine the effect of recruitment and selection process on the performance of employess at
PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar. 2) To determine which factor is more dominant
influence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar
For that purpose it is used to apply the descriptive method, descriptive statistical methods with
the aid of a computerized system (computer program SPSS version 16) by using a formula that
simple regression analysist, t test and f test. Based on the analysis of the effects of recruitment
and selection of the particular employee’s performance on PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk.
Makassar, was known to have a positive and significant effect of recruitment and selection of
employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proven.
