Governance Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Semen Tonasa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana hubungan dan pengaruh Locus of
control karyawan serta penerapan prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance terhadap
kinerja karyawan. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan 50 kuesioner
pada Departemen Akuntansi dan Treasury PT Semen Tonasa. Untuk memperkuat
keakurasian hasil jawaban responden, peneliti mengambil data sekunder sebagai
pembanding dari jawaban respondent dengan perusahan terapkan. 33 Jawaban
responden yang kembali, dianalisis dengan spss versi 16 termasuk metode analisis
regresi berganda. Dan diperoleh hasil Locus of Control karyawan berhubungan dengan
kinerja karyawan. Kemudian prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance hubungannya
dengan kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan pada Locus of Control dan Prinsip Good Corporate
Governance memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sejalan dengan data
sekunder didapat. Sehingga mendukung penelitian terdahulu yaitu Soraya Eka (2010)
dan Ayu Andira (2012).

This study aims to look at how correlation and the effect of Locus of Control employees
with the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance on employee
performance. The research data was obtained by spreading 50 questionnaires at the
Department of Accounting and Treasury PT Semen Tonasa. To strengthen the accuracy of
the results of the respondents' answers, the researchers took a secondary data as a
comparison of the response to the respondent company apply. 33 Respondents answers
were returned, analyzed with SPSS version 16, including multiple regression analysis
method. And obtained results Locus of Control employees related with employee
performance. Then the principles of Good Corporate Governance related with employee
performance. While on the Locus of Control and Principles of Good Corporate
Governance to give effect on employee performance and in line with the secondary data
obtained. Thus supporting previous research that Soraya Eka (2010) and Ayu Andira
(2012).
