Introduction: Feed products are a crucial factor determining the success of broiler farming as they directly affect the growth, health, and productivity of the livestock. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction level of broiler farmers with the feed products provided by PT Jazz Mandiri Sejahtera in Soppeng Regency. Methods: The study involved 30 broiler farmers as respondents, determined using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and then analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods. Results: The results showed that the average performance score was 4.69 and the average importance score was 4.76, with a conformity level (TKi) of 101.45%. The IPA analysis mapped the attributes into four quadrants. Quadrant I (Concentrate Here) includes product stock availability, the packaging's ability to protect the product from damage, the reusability of packaging, and promotional price cuts, which require immediate improvement. Quadrant II (Keep Up the Good Work) includes the consistency of product quality and physical attributes, product diversity, clear information, as well as affordable and quality-suited prices, which must be maintained. Meanwhile, Quadrant III (Low Priority) and Quadrant IV (Possible Overkill) accommodate other attributes such as unique brand characteristics and aesthetic packaging, which are not the main priority. The CSI analysis produced a value of 0.94 or 94%, which falls into the "very satisfied" category. Conclusion: Broiler farmers partnering with PT Jazz Mandiri Sejahtera in Soppeng Regency have a very high level of satisfaction with the feed products. However, the company needs to prioritize improvements in stock availability, the protective function of packaging, and promotional programs to sustainably maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
