Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Auditor Inspektorat (Studi Pada Auditor Pemerintah di Inspektorat Kabupaten Pinrang, Inspektorat Kabupaten Sidrap, dan Inspektorat Kota Parepare) = he Effect of Leadership Style, Competency , and Motivation on Performance of Inspectorat Auditor (The Empirical Study of the Government Auditor in the Inspektorat Kabupaten Pinrang, Inspektorat Kabupaten Sidrap, and Inspektorat Kota Parepare)

This study aims to determine whether the leadership style, competency, and motivation affect performance of Inspectorat auditor of Inspektorat Kabupaten Pinrang, Inspektorat Kabupaten Sidrap, and Inspektorat Kota Parepare significantly. This study used acorrelational study design with a questionnaire instrument as a tool for measuring variables. The method of analysis was used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression, where analysis is based on data from 93 respondents who have completed all the statements and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, competency, and motivation significantly affect performance of Inspectorat auditor of Inspektorat Kabupaten Pinrang, Inspektorat Kabupaten Sidrap, and Inspektorat Kota Parepare. Among the three variables that affect Inspektorat Kabupaten Pinrang, Inspektorat Kabupaten Sidrap, and Inspektorat Kota Parepare leadership style, competency, and motivation have a positive effect.
