strategy of PT Nusantara Infrastructure in implementing the CSR program 'Kampung Bersih Nusantara' in Panampu Village, Makassar. The focus is on understanding how the company communicates with the community, the challenges and obstacles faced, and the impact of the program on community awareness and environmental cleanliness. Methods: Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that PT Nusantara Infrastructure applied a step-by-step communication strategy based on Morsing & Schultz’s (2006) model: informative, response, and involvement. Results: This research employed a descriptive qualitative method through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. Findings reveal that communication strategies were carried out in stages: initial socialization through FGD, responding to community needs by strengthening the waste bank and building water tanks, and involving residents through community clean-ups, reading corners, and waste bank management..Conclusion: Adaptive, responsive, and participatory communication strategies are essential for the program’s success in fostering awareness and shaping new community habits toward environmental cleanliness.
