The Bestee Program is an assistance initiative designed to help underprivileged mothers develop their businesses. Through this program, these mothers gain access to a variety of materials and training aimed at enhancing their understanding of entrepreneurship and the skills needed in the business world. This study aims to analyze how the Bestee Program contributes to improving the entrepreneurial capabilities of women in MSMEs by addressing their specific needs and challenges in business management. The research employs qualitative methods, including interviews and observations, to collect data on the experiences of business operators in the Bestee Program. The findings indicate that the program has a positive effect on business skills and the overall capacity of entrepreneurs, ultimately contributing to their economic empowerment and sustainability in the MSME sector.
