ANALISIS NILAI EKONOMI PENGELOLAAN OBJEK WISATA ALAM MONCONG SIPOLONG PADA AREAL HUTAN KEMASYARAKATAN = ANALYSIS OF THE ECONOMIC VALUE OF MANAGEMENT OF THE MONCONG SIPOLONG NATURAL TOURISM OBJECT IN THE COMMUNITY FOREST AREA

Latar Belakang. Nilai ekonomi dari sebuah objek wisata dapat berperang penting sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk mendorong pengembangannya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai analisis nilai ekonomi objek wisata moncong sipolong. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan nilai penerimaan anggota kelompok tani hutan, dan menganalisis nilai ekonomi dari pengelolaan objek wisata alam moncong sipolong berdasarkan metode biaya perjalanan (travel cost method). Metode. Penelitian dibagi tiga tahap, yakni: 1) Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling 2) inventarisasi data menggunakan data primer maupun data sekunder; dan 3) Menganalisis data dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil. Nilai penerimaan anggota KTH dari pengelolaan objek wisata moncong sipolong didapat dari beberapa unit usaha seperti dua warung makan dengan pendapatan sebesar Rp.140.065.000/tahun dan Rp. 184.530.000/tahun, penyewaan alat camp sebesar Rp. 165.170.000/tahun, dan penyewaan villa sebesar Rp Rp4.913.333/tahun. Objek wisata ini didominasi oleh remaja yang biasanya datang berkelompok. Berdasarkan penilaian pengunjung aksesibilitas menuju objek wisata cukup mudah, keindahan alamnya indah, tingkat keamanannya terjamin, kebersihan terjaga dan mempunyai fasilitas yang lengkap. Kesimpulan. Nilai ekonomi objek wisata moncong sipolong sebesar Rp. 55.276.350/bulan, dengan besar rata-rata biaya perjalanan yang harus dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 130.062/orang setiap kunjungan. Background. The economic value of a tourist attraction can play a crucial role as an evaluation tool to encourage its development. Therefore, research is needed to analyze the economic value of the moncong sipolong tourist attraction. Objectives. This study aims to determine the revenue value of forest farmer group members and analyze the economic value of managing the Muzzle Sipolong natural tourism object using the travel cost method. Methods. The study was divided into three stages: 1) Sampling using accidental sampling; 2) Data inventory using primary and secondary data; and 3) Data analysis using descriptive analysis. Results. The revenue value of the Muzzle Sipolong tourist attraction management for KTH members was obtained from several business units, including two food stalls with annual revenues of IDR 140,065,000 and IDR 184,530,000, respectively; and camping equipment rentals amounting to Rp 1,000,000. The annual rental fee is IDR 165,170,000, and the annual villa rental fee is IDR 4,913,333. This tourist attraction is dominated by young people who usually come in groups. Based on visitor assessments, accessibility to the attraction is quite easy, the natural beauty is beautiful, the security level is guaranteed, cleanliness is maintained, and the facilities are complete. Conclusion. The economic value of the Mungkid Sipolong tourist attraction is IDR 55,276,350 per month, with an average travel cost of IDR 130,062 per person per visit.
