P052202004. “ Penataan Sistem Drainase Perkotaan pada Jaringan Irigasi Kurri-kurri Kasambi Kecamatan Masamba “ dibimbing oleh Ahmad Munir sebagai Pembimbing Utama dan Abdul Rahman Rasyid sebagai Pembimbing Anggota. Kondisi drainase yang ada dalam kota Masamba khususnya Kelurahan Bone Tua saat ini masih kurang baik dan sangat mengganggu sistem irigasi, dimana saluran drainase yang ada sekarang ini dominan bermuara ke irigasi baik itu ke saluran irigasi primer maupun ke saluran irigasi sekunder pada Daerah Irigasi Kurri-kurri Kasambi, sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya percampuran air dari saluran drainase dengan air irigasi. Pada Daerah Irigasi Kurri-kurri Kasambi terbagi dari beberapa bagian saluran yaitu saluran primer dengan panjang ± 3730 meter, saluran sekunder Kurri-kurri ± 2502 meter, saluran sekunder Jalajja ± 2562 meter, saluran sekunder Kasambi ± 4325 meter, Saluran sekunder Tanete ± 1959 meter dengan luas areal 2000 ha. Pasca bandang sungai Masamba pada tahun 2020, berdampak pada maraknya pembangunan perumahan, baik komesil maupun hunian tetap (huntap) untuk korban bencana banjir, pada kota Masamba tepatnya di kelurahan bone tua dibangun hunian tetap dan perumahan komersil dimana didalamnya dilengkapi dengan bangunan penunjang seperti drainase, yang arahnya bermuara ke saluran irigasi primer dan sekunder. Ada dua saluran sekunder yang bersinggungan dengan saluran drainase yaitu saluran sekunder Kurri-kurri dan saluran sekunder Jalajja, sedangkan pada saluran primer ada beberapa titik tetapi yang menjadi lokus penelitian ada enam titik. Salah satu dampak yang kurang baik dari saluran drainase ke saluran irigasi adalah dijadikannya tempat sampah atau tempat buangan limbah yang memajang akibatnya sawah banyak dimasuki sampah padat utamanya plastik dan juga di pintu-pintu bangunan bagi irigasi terjadi penyumbatan akibat sampah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) mengidentifikasi potensi dan permasalahan yang menyebabkan saluran drainase bersinggungan dengan saluran irigasi; (2) menetukan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan saluran drainase bersinggungan dengan saluan irigasi; (3) merumuskan model pemilihan alternatif terhadap saluran drainase yang bersinggungan dengan saluran irigasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Bagaimana gambaran kondisi saluran drainase masih banyak yang tidak layak, kurangnya pemeliharaan dan pola pikir masyarakat yang terbiasa membuang sampah rumah tangga dibadan saluran maupun disekitar saluran. Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa kondisi saluran drainase sebagian besar sudah permanent tetapi belum tertata dengan baik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kesimpulan penelitian yang dapat dirumuskan adalah kondisi saluran drainase belum maksimal, masih perlu tinjauan lebih lanjut. The existing drainage conditions in the city of Masamba, especially Bone Tua Village, are currently still not good and are very disturbing to the irrigation system, where the existing drainage channels dominantly flow into irrigation both to the primary irrigastion channel and to the secondary irrigation channel in the Kurri-kurri Kasambi Irrigation Area, resulting in the mixing of water from drainage channels with irrigation water. The Kurri-kurri Kasambi irrigation Area is divided into several channel sections, namely the primary channel with a lengh of ± 3730 metres, Kurri-kurri secondary channel ± 2502 metres, Jalajja secondary channel ± 2562 metres, Kasambi secondary channel ± 4325 metres, Tanete secondary channel ± 1959 metres with an area of 2000 ha. After the Masamba river flood in 2020, it had an impact on the rampant construction of housing, both commercial and permanent housing (huntap) for flood disaster victims, in the city of Masamba precisely in the Bone Tua village, permanent housing and commercial housing were built where it was equipped with supporting buildings such as drainage, which leads to the primary and secondary irrigation channels.There namely the Kurri-kurri secondary channel and the Jalajja secondary channel, while in the primary channel there are several points but the research locus is six points. One of the unfavourable impacts oh the drainage channel to the irrigation channel is that it is used as a garbage dump or waste disposal site that displays as a result that many rice fields are entered by solid waste, especially plastic and also at the doors of the building for irrigation there is blockage due to the garbage.This research aims to: (1) identify the potential and problems that cause drainage channels to intersect with irrigation channels; (2) determine the factors that cause drainage channels to intersect with irrigation channels; (3) formulate an alternative selection model for drainage channels that intersect with irrigation channels. The type of research used is a qualitative and quantitative approach. How the description of the condition of the drainage channel is still a lot that is not feasible, the lack of maintenance and the mindset of people who are accustomed to throwing household waste in the body of the channel and around the channel. From the results of the analysis it can be seen that the condition of the drainage channels is mostly permanent but not well organised. Based on this, the research conclusion that can be formulated is that the condition of the drainage channel is not optimal, it still needs further review.
