Abstract (Abstrak)
Penelitian ini bertujuan Mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan yang sesuai UMKM Raja Sewa Makassar dan Mengembangkan model bisnis yang lebih efisien dan customer oriented dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas ((Studi Kasus Pada Umkm Raja Sewa Makassar). Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini meneliti UMKM Raja Sewa. Data diperoleh menggunakan metode wawancara dan analisa rekapitulasi data penyewaan. Data wawancara dan data penyewaan dianalisa menggunakan analisi SWOT yang menghasilkan strategi korporat yang dikelola menjadi strategi bisnis yang digambarkan dalam Business Model Canvas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan UMKM Raja Sewa memiliki keunggulan dalam keberagaman produk sewa, pelayanan pelanggan yang baik, serta tim yang efisien dan fleksibel melalui kolaborasi internal. Tantangan utama mencakup keterbatasan stok, beban kerja tinggi saat lonjakan permintaan, serta produk yang kurang diminati pasar, sementara peluang eksternal datang dari tren digitalisasi dan potensi kolaborasi strategis. Dengan strategi progresif berdasarkan posisi di Kuadran I, strategi bisnis pada Business Model Canvas dikembangkan untuk melayani dua segmen pelanggan utama melalui saluran digital, layanan bernilai tambah, dan kemitraan yang mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis. This study aims to identify development strategies that are appropriate for Raja Sewa Makassar UMKM and develop a more efficient and customer-oriented business model using Business Model Canvas ((Case Study on Raja Sewa Makassar UMKM). This type of research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study examines Raja Sewa UMKM. Data was obtained using interview methods and rental data recapitulation analysis. Interview data and rental data were analyzed using SWOT analysis which resulted in a corporate strategy that was managed into a business strategy described in the Business Model Canvas. The results of the study show that Raja Sewa UMKM has advantages in the diversity of rental products, good customer service, and an efficient and flexible team through internal collaboration. The main challenges include limited stock, high workloads during spikes in demand, and products that are less in demand by the market, while external opportunities come from digitalization trends and the potential for strategic collaboration. With a progressive strategy based on the position in Quadrant I, the business strategy in the Business Model Canvas Canvas was developed to serve two main customer segments through digital channels, value-added services, and partnerships that support business growth.
