Abstract (Abstrak)

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of work motivation and organizational climate on em ployee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office. The research sample consisted of 80 employees of the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office. Data were collected through questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office. This suggests that higher employee motivation improves employee performance in carrying out their tasks. Similarly, organizational climate also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office. This indicates that a better organizational climate experienced by employees enhances their performance in handling tasks. Based on the results of the F-test, work motivation and organizational climate simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
