Abstract (Abstrak)

SARAH RIANI. Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Quality Of Work-Life Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada Pegawai Upt Puskesmas Bangkala Kabupaten Jeneponto (Dibimbing oleh Cepi pahlevi) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Quality Of Work-Life Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada Pegawai Upt Puskesmas Bangkala Kabupaten Jeneponto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 orang pegawai puskesmas bangkala kab. Jeneponto dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM) yang dioperasikan melalui sotfware Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada pegawai UPT Puskesmas Bangkala Kab. Jeneponto, Quality of work-life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada pegawai UPT Puskesmas Bangkala Kab. Jeneponto, Kinerja berpengaruh positif dan siqnifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pegawai UPT Puskesmas Bangkala Kab. Jeneponto, Kepuasan kerja perpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada pegawai UPT Puskesmas Bangkala Kab. Jeneponto. SARAH RIANI. The Effect Of Emotional Intelligence And Quality Of Work-Life On Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction Of Employees At Bangkala Community Health Center Jeneponto Regency (Supervised by Cepi pahlevi) This study aims to determine how the influence of emotional intelligence and quality of work-life on performance through job satisfaction in employees of Upt Puskesmas Bangkala Jeneponto Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods. The sample in this study amounted to 120 employees of the bangkala health center kab. Jeneponto with the determination of the sample using the slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM) which is operated through Smart-PLS software. The results showed that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance in UPT Puskesmas Bangkala Kab. Jeneponto employees, Quality of work-life has a positive and significant effect on performance in UPT Puskesmas Bangkala Kab. Jeneponto employees, Performance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in UPT Puskesmas Bangkala Kab. Jeneponto employees, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance in UPT Puskesmas Bangkala Kab. Jeneponto employees.
