Abstract (Abstrak)

The climate change has become a global issue that has been primarily discussed in the last 20 years. In general, climate change occurs due to an increase in the earth's temperature which caused by an increase in the concentration of Greenhouse Gases (GHG) in the earth's atmosphere. This encourages the international community to form international policies related to the commitment of countries to reduce GHG concentrations with the formation of the United Nation Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) which will formulate a common framework to tackle the climate change. This article analyzes agreements on climate change and the implementation of countries' commitments to reduce GHG concentrations. The purpose of this article is to find out about the international rules and practices of countries in reducing greenhouse gases.
