Pengaruh Literasi Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi, Self Efficacy Serta Pengetahuan Terhadap Kesiapan Profesional Pemberi Asuhan Untuk Adopsi Rekam Medis Elektronik Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sinjai (dibimbing oleh M. Alimin Maidin dan Lalu M. Saleh) Latar Belakang. Adopsi dan pemanfaatan RME masih rendah, terutama di negara berkembang. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan 50% institusi kesehatan gagal mengimplementasikan RME adalah karena kurangnya kesiapan rumah sakit dalam mengimplementasikan RME utamanya kurangnya kesiapan sumber daya manusia terutama petugas kesehatan sebagai pengguna RME, baik dari segi pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengoperasikan komputer maupun kepercayaan diri mereka terhadap adanya RME. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, pengetahuan, self efficacy dan karakteristik sosiodemografi terhadap kesiapan profesional pemberi asuhan untuk adopsi rekam medis elektronik di RSUD Sinjai. Metode. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional study. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah professional pemberi asuhan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sinjai yang berjumlah 201 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22.0 menggunakan uji chi-square dan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil. Kesiapan keseluruhan adalah 55,2% (kesiapan inti 55,7% dan kesiapan keterlibatan 50,2%). Pengetahuan tentang RME [Odds Ratio (OR): 3,259, 95% Confidence Interval (CI): 1,793–5,924] dan literasi TIK (OR: 1,916, 95% CI: 1,054–3,483) adalah variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan profesional pemberi asuhan untuk adopsi RME. Kesimpulan. Penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh pengetahuan tentang RME dan literasi TIK terhadap kesiapan untuk adopsi RME dengan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan profesional pemberi asuhan untuk adopsi RME adalah pengetahuan tentang RME. Disarankan kepada pihak manajemen rumah sakit agar memberikan dukungan melalui pelatihan tentang RME bagi seluruh professional pemberi asuhan yang mengisi RME di rumah sakit. Selain itu, untuk meningkatkan literasi TIK professional pemberi asuhan dengan mengikuti pelatihan tentang komputer dan teknologi informasi maupun pembelajaran mandiri melalui internet. The Effect of Information and Communication Technology Literacy, Self-Efficacy and Knowledge on the Readiness of Health Professional For Adopting Electronic Medical Records at the Sinjai District General Hospital (supervised by M. Alimin Maidin and Lalu M. Saleh) Background. Adoption and utilization of EMR is still low, especially in developing countries. One of the factors that causes 50% of health institutions to fail to implement EMR is due to the lack of readiness of hospitals in implementing EMR, especially the lack ofreadiness of human resources, especially health workers as EMR users, both in terms of knowledge and skills in operating computers and their confidence in the existence of EMR. Aim. This research aims to analyze the influenceinformation and communication technology literacy, knowledge, self-efficacy and sociodemographic characteristics on the readiness of professional care providers to adopt electronic medical records at Sinjai District Hospital. Method. The type of research is quantitative research using a cross sectional design study. The sample in this study was 201 health professional at the Sinjai District General Hospital. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22.0, using the chi-square test and logistic regression analysis. Results. Overall readiness was 55.2% (core readiness 55.7% and engagement readiness 50.2%). Knowledge of EMR [Odds Ratio (OR): 3.259, 95% Confidence Interval (CI): 1.793–5.924] and ICT literacy (OR: 1.916, 95% CI: 1.054–3.483) are variables that influence the readiness of health professionals to EMR adoption. Conclusion. Studies indicate that readiness to embrace EMR is influenced by ICT literacy and EMR knowledge, with understanding about EMR having the greatest impact on health professionals' readiness to use EMR. It is advised that hospital administration help all medical professionals who complete EMR forms in hospitals by offering training on the form. Moreover, health professionals should enhance their ICT literacy by participating in computer and information technology training sessions and conducting independent online research.
