Abstract (Abstrak)

TRESYA. Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah dan Loyalitas Nasabah pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. KCP Maros dengan Perspektif Balance Scorecard (dibimbing oleh H. Abd. Rahman Kadir dan Hj. Nuraeni Kadir).
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh customer relationship management terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. KCP Maros dengan perspektif balance scorecard. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. KCP Maros yang berjumlah 11.213 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dan didapatkan dua ratus responden. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis dengan bantuan software SPSS statistics 29.0.2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer relationship management memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. KCP Maros dengan perspektif balance scorecard.
