Abstract (Abstrak)

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung (1) knowledge management terhadap learning organization, organizational innovation, dan organizational performance; (2) learning organization terhadap organizational innovation dan organizational performance; dan (3) organizational innovation terhadap organizational performance dan pengaruh tidak langsung (1) knowledge management terhadap organizational innovation melalui learning organization; (2) knowledge management terhadap organizational performance melalui learning organization, (3) knowledge management terhadap organizational performance melalui organizational innovation; (4) learning organization terhadap organizational performance melalui organizational innovation; dan (5) knowledge management terhadap organizational performance melalui learning organization dan organizational innovation, di Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain probability sampling dalam bentuk proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 198 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan embedded two-stage approach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap learning organization, tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational innovation dan organizational performance; (2) learning organization berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap organizational innovation dan organizational performance; (3) organizational innovation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational performance; (4) knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational innovation melalui learning organization; (5) knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational performance melalui learning organization; (6) knowledge management tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational performance melalui organizational innovation; (7) learning organization berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational performance melalui organizational innovation; dan (8) knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational performance melalui learning organization dan organizational innovation.
