Abstract (Abstrak)
Abstract ZAKARIA BANGKA' PATIUNG. The Influence of Organizational Culture and Compensation on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at PT. Pegadaian Kendari Branch in Kendari City (Supervised by oleh Prof. DR. H. Syamsu Alam, SE, M.Si., CIPM and Prof. DR. Maat Pono, SE., M.Si.) The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT Pegadaian Kendari Branch in Kendari City. The research adopts a qualitative research design, employing path analysis as the analytical method. The SPSS program is utilized to assess the influence of each variable. The study encompasses a population of 33 individuals. Given the small population, a saturated sampling technique is employed, resulting in a sample size of 33 people. The findings of this research reveal that the P value for each variable exceeds 0.05. Consequently, organizational culture and welfare variables exhibit a positive and significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction.
