Abstract (Abstrak)
ABSTRACT Full name. The Effect of Community Empowerment and Training on Business Performance in Bumdes Pangkep Regency Using Competency as a Moderating Variable. (Supervised by supervisor 1 and supervisor 2). The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of community empowerment and training on Business Performance in Bumdes Pangkep Regency both directly and through competency as a moderating variable. The type of research used is quantitative research with a total of 65 respondents. This research will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this research, the analysis method used is moderation analysis using the SmartPLS program.
The research results show that community participation and the implementation of training have a positive and significant influence on business performance in BUMDES in Pangkep Regency both directly and when competency is used as a moderating variable.
