Introduction: Failure to achieve a perfect intercusp and good tooth alignment can occur when there is a discrepancy in the size of the dental crown. Not only one tooth size discrepancy but the accumulation of minor tooth size discrepancies in one jaw will make it difficult to achieve good occlusion. This discrepancy is seen in patients with malocclusion. This investigation was carried out to ascertain Bolton's discrepancy analysis among malocclusion groups. Research on twins shows that almost half of the factors that influence tooth size are hereditary factors that play an important role in controlling tooth size during the odontogenesis process. Although tooth size is influenced by genetic factors, the type and ratio of genetic content that influences this may differ between teeth, individuals, and populations. Tribal and ethnic diversity shows variations in human physical characteristics, as well as the shape and size of teeth. Method: Students who had malocclusions according to Angle's classification made up the study sample, which was drawn from a population of dentistry faculty students. Index tooth measurements were carried out in the study model. Result: From a total of 91 study models, it was discovered that the mean anterior ratio in the Class I malocclusion group was smaller than in the Class II and III malocclusion groups, while
the mean total ratio in the Class II malocclusion group was smaller than in the Class III malocclusion group and Class I malocclusion group. Conclusion: There is a significant difference in Bolton’s discrepancy between malocclusion groups.
