Increasing Unhas's contribution to global academic civilization has been prepared in Unhas's strategic plan and long-term plan (RPJP 2030) where one of the strategic goals to be achieved is to increasing Unhas' international reputation. Evaluation of Unhas' achievements is contained in the main indicators which include academic reputation, employer reputation, citations per paper, and internationalization. This research used a qualitative approach, analyzing the Capacity of Center for Reputation Improvement in Realizing a World Class University of Hasanuddin University. The research design used was an are reputation management center in the implementation of World Class University (WCU). To increase Hasanuddin University’s ranking as a Higher Education Institution, UNHAS has prepared institutional strengthening consisting of improving human resources (HR), management, facilities, and finance as the main supporting capacity for implementing the tridharma of higher education (education & teaching, research, and community services). In the field of research, WCU has allocated large funds to support various types of activities to support institutional strengthening to accelerate the implementation of WCU UNHAS program/activities. On the other hand, international activities, such as international seminars, preparation of international study events, lecturer and student exchanges, and other international activities have a significant effect on the improvement of quality pf academic peer data. Therefore, to support and optimize this program, UNHAS will conduct a workshop.
