PROFIL OUTCOME PENDERITA COVID 19 YANG PERNAH DI RAWAT DI ICU RS. PENDIDIKAN UNHAS MAKASSAR = OUTCOME PROFILE OF COVID-19 PATIENTS WHO HAVE BEEN TREATED IN THE ICU OF EDUCATION UNHAS MAKASSAR HOSPITAL

Outcome Profile of Covid-19 Sufferers Who Have Been Treated in the ICU of the UNHAS Hospital Makassar. A.Masyitah Azazah Bukti 1), Aristianti 2).
Background : Covid-19 has become a new problem for Indonesia. Various treatments and prevention of Covid-19 have been carried out to reduce the mortality and morbidity of this disease. For Covid-19, if there is an indication, the patient will be treated in ICU, especially for moderate and severe degrees.
Objective : This study aims to determine the outcome profile of Covid-19 patients who have been treated in the ICU Covid Hospital. Makassar Unhas Education.
Method : This research is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design from the medical record data of Covid-19 patients treated in the ICU at UNHAS Hospital for the period January - June 2021 using the total sampling method.
Result : Of the 70 arrivals, there were 33 data that met the inclusion criteria. Covid-19 patients who were treated at the ICU RSP UNHAS showed that the majority of patients were > 60 years old as many as 27 people (81.8%), male sex as many as 26 people (78.8%), working as many as 18 people ( 54.5%), 26 people (75.8%) did not have vaccination data, 20 people (60.6%) had predominant comorbid hypertension, 26 people (78.8%) did not have CT value data, radiological picture of pneumonia in 25 people (75.8%), 18 people (54.5%) had low leukocyte counts/leukopenia, 24 people (72.7%) used ventilator, 22 people had severe symptoms (66.7%), and the outcome was 19 people died (57.6%). Leukocyte count significantly affected the clinical spectrum of Covid-19 patients, and the CHD variable significantly affected the mortality rate with P <0.05.
Conclusion : Out of the total Covid-19 patients studied, the predominant age was > 60 years, male, working status, hypertension, radiological results of pneumonia, had leukopenia, using a ventilator, had severe symptoms, and the outcome was death. There is a relationship between the leukocyte count with the clinical spectrum and CHD history variables with the mortality rate.
