Abstract (Abstrak)

ABSTRACT ANDI NUR AINUN PRAWI UTAMA. The Influence Of Work Conflict And Work Environment On Employee Performance And Communication As A Mediation Variable At Pt Bank Tabungan Negara Makassar Branch ( supervised by Mahlia Muis, and Fauziah Umar). This study aims to examine the effect of work conflict and work environment on employee performance with communication as a mediating variable. Sample of this study was employees in BTN Makassar Branch. Using the SEM-PLS analysis tool, this study succeeded in providing empirical evidence that indirectly communication influences the relationship between work environment variables and work conflict on employee performance. This shows that the work environment and work conflicts that occur at BTN Makassar Branch can be overcome by good communication so as not to reduce employee performance. It is anticipated that testing the study's model to look for direct and indirect impacts will add to the body of knowledge about the impact of communication on work performance in financial institutions like banks.
