Abstract (Abstrak)

Digital leadership can be understood as a leadership strategy used by a leader in utilizing digital assets to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to assess the validity and reliability of students’ digital leadership scale. Students’ digital leadership constructs were measured by six dimensions and 22 items were constructed to assess students’ digital leadership constructs. An online questionnaire survey using Google Form was conducted on 258 students of Laboratory High School, Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia. Validity analysis using Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and reliability analysis using Cronbach’s Alpha. The results show that of the 22 items, there are 21 items that have a high level of validity and reliability. Finally, the discussion and research recommendations are presented.
