ANALISIS DAMPAK KINERJA MAKRO PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH TERHADAP MIGRASI MASUK RISEN PULAU SULAWESI = ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT MACRO PERFORMANCE ON IN-MIGRATION RISEN OF THE SULAWESI ISLAND

Arus persebaran penduduk di Pulau Sulawesi cenderung belum merata, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kinerja pembangunan daerah terhadap migrasi masuk risen di Pulau Sulawesi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi data panel. Penelitian ini menggunanakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Adapun data yang digunakan yakni gabungan antara data time series dan cross section Provinsi yang ada di Pulau Sulawesi pada tahun 2000-2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja makro pembangunan daerah yang diukur melalui variabel PDRB, UMP dan Kesempatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah migrasi masuk Pulau Sulawesi. Sedangkan variabel IPM tidak berpengaruh terhadap migrasi masuk Pulau Sulawesi.

The flow of population distribution on the island of Sulawesi tends to be uneven so This study aims to analyze the impact of regional development performance on research in-migration on the island of Sulawesi. The analytical method used in this study is the panel data regression method. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The data used is a combination of time series data and provincial cross sections on Sulawesi Island in 2000-2020. The results showed that the macro performance of regional development as measured by the PDRB, UMP and Employment Opportunities variables had a positive and significant effect on the number of incoming migration to Sulawesi Island. While the IPM variable has no effect on in-migration to Sulawesi Island.
