Abstract (Abstrak)

An Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) represents a noncontagious disease with the highest prevalence. Beside suffering from the disease, the Patient are also encountered with the psychological conditions (anxiety and depression) either as the result of the prognosis or medication duration which have to be conducted. Therefore, it is necessary to use the holistic approaches : bio, psycho, socio, and spiritual approaches. The intervension of the spiritual care- based anxiety represents one of the effective alternatives to overcome the patients’ psychological problems. The research aims at investigating the effectiveness of the spiritual care the anxiety and depression decrease of the Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) patients. The research used the systematic review design. The journal database electronics was published throught the Pubmed, ProQuest, Science Direct, DOAJ, Wiley, Garuda and Secondary resourch by pubmed which were issued in 2010-2020. The structured research questions used PICO. As many as 1822 articles were obtained from the searching and 6 articles were identified to fulfil the inclisive criteria. The articles were analysed and classified based on the evidence and recomendasion levels. The six selected articles prove that the spiritual care significantly has the effect on anxiety and depression decrease of ACS patients (p<0.001). the ages range from 25-92 years old, the interventions durations comprise 10 minutes and 60 minutes. The majority of the intervenstion consist of islamic dhikr, the instruments in the forms of the Hospital Anxiety And Depression (HADS), Subscale depression from Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAS) dan State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), and another effect in the form of the vital sign stability. The research conclusion is that prevents the patients from being relapsed, complication, and fatal effect such commiting suicide. The accurate treatmen is not only able to improve the service quality, nursing time efficiency, and medication expenditure, butalso to be the important component from the holistic nursing model, in which the nurses consider someone as the biopsychosocial creature and the spiritual essence is the holistic nursing perspective.
