Abstract (Abstrak)

Turnover, demand for mutation, and retirement in the last four years brings implication in regards to the workforce needs inside PT PLN (Persero) UIKL Sulawesi. This shows that there are factors that influence employee's intention to stay and become an important thing for the company because it is related to the achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style on intention to stay through workplace wellbeing and employee recognition as moderating variables. There were 314 respondents who were sampled from the total population of 1351 people. Purposive sampling technique is used to gather information from the respondents who have less than 15 years of work experience. Quantitative approach is used to emphasize data analysis from the questionnaire using statistical method and path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, workplace wellbeing and employee recognition have a significant and positive influence on intention to stay either directly or indirectly. The higher score of leadership style, workplace wellbeing and employee recognition, the better employee's intention to stay at PT PLN (Persero) UIKL Sulawesi.
