Abstract (Abstrak)

PT Cipta Kridatama (PT CK) is one of the mining contractor companies in South Kalimantan Province that operates coal overburden mining activities in the mining permit area of PT Tunas Inti Abadi (PT TIA). The profit gained by PT CK Site TIA is influenced by the income earned and the costs that must be incurred during the process of stripping and hauling the overburden. Increasing the hauling distance will increase the revenues, but the costs will also be even greater. The purpose of this study is to determine the furthest hauling distance that still yields profits and determine the speed of the hauler to produce the profit of overburden production for each fleet combination using dynamic modeling methods. Based on the simulation the furthest hauling distance obtained by the fleet combination of digger 100 tons-hauler 70 tons is 1,300 meters with profit $7.14/BCM/Hour and the simulation results of speed load and speed empty are 19.86 Km/Hour and 28.72 Km/Hour. The furthest hauling distance combined with the fleet combination of digger 100 tons-hauler 60 tons is 1,300 meters with profit $0.60/BCM /Hour and the simulation results of speed load and speed empty are 19.14 Km/Hour and 28.86 Km/Hour. The farthest distance of fleet combination of digger 90 tons-hauler 60 tons 900 meters with profit $10.13/BCM/Hour and the simulation results of speed load and speed empty are 19.14 Km/Hour and 28.86 Km/Hour.
