PERJUANGAN TOKOH WANITA DALAM "JANE EYRE" KARYA CHARLOTTE BRONTE

The title of the Thesis is The Struggle of Women Character in Jane Eyre’s by Charlotte Bronte. The aim of this research is to explain and reveal the struggle of Jane Eyre to face problems in her life such as bad treatment from her uncle’s family.
Library research has bcen used as the mcthods for collecting theories and data. In analyzing the data, the writer uses intrinsic approach and extrinsic approach. The writer focuses the analysis on how shc played their role in the novel. Furthermore, the writer deseribes data by using deseriptive method. The research perception is directly about gender perception based on the lextual observation of social and culture life which poured fourth in novel.
The rcsult of the analysis shows that the novel tells us about some problems about the struggle of Jane Eyre since her child age until has grow up, so that Jane Eyre as a main character influenced by environment conditions where she struggles her image and love.
