Abstract (Abstrak)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi keppres No.80 tahun 2003 terhadap pelelangan biasa dan pelelangan melalui E-procurement dan untuk mengetahui dampak positif dan dampak negatif sistem pelelangan biasa dan pelelangan melalui sistem E-Procurment.
