ABSTRACT
SYAMSURIA. Budgeting Model with Financial Information System (SIK) Application Based on Financial Statements in the Industrial Era 4.0 (Supervised by Muh. Asdar and Indrianty Sudirman)
This study aims to find out or analyze what are the obstacles to implementing the e-budgeting system at Hasanuddin University, using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to explain the obstacles to implementing the budgeting system with the result that the obstacles faced are related to communication, reward and punishment system, the work ethic of the implementers as well as system problems, so it can be concluded that most of the obstacles in the implementation of this e-budgeting system are obstacles at the implementing level, not the system.
