Abstract (Abstrak)

REZKI INTA FAWA’ID. L241 16 311. “Konsumsi Ikan Masyarakat Miskin Di Desa Tamannyeleng Kecamatan Barombong Kabupaten Gowa” dibimbing oleh Abdul Wahid sebagai Pembimbing Utama dan Andi Amri sebagai Pembimbing Anggota.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah konsumsi ikan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, pada masyarakat Miskin Desa Tamannyeleng Kecamatan Barombong Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Juni sampai Juli 2021. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penilitian survei untuk mendapatkan sampel dari suatu populasi yang digunakan sebagai data dengan teknik non-probability sampling dimana tidak memiliki peluang. Artinya, pengambilan sampel didasarkan kriteria tertentu seperti judgement, status, kuantitas, kesukarelaan dan sebagainya. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu Jumlah konsumsi ikan pada masyarakat miskin di wilayah penilitian sebelum Covid-19 yaitu rata-rata sebesar 7,73 kg per bulan dan semasa Covid-19 yaitu ratra-rata sebesar 5,099 kg per bulan Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa jumlah konsumsi ikan responden sebelum Covid-19 lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah konsumsi ikan responden semasa Covid-19. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumsi ikan masyarakat Miskin diwilayah penilitian yaitu jumlah pendapatan keluarga, tingkat pendidikan, jumlah anggota keluarga, selera, harga ikan dan harga subtitusi ikan.

ABSTRACT
REZKI INTA FAWA'ID. L241 16 311. “Fish Consumption of the Poor in Tamannyeleng Village, Barombong District, Gowa Regency” was supervised by Abdul Wahid as Main Advisor and Andi Amri as Member Advisor.

This study aims to determine the amount of fish consumption and the factors of the poor in Tamannyeleng Village, Barombong District, Gowa Regency. This research was conducted from June to July 2021. This type of research uses survey research to obtain a sample from a population that is used as data with a non-probability sampling technique where there is no chance. That is, sampling is based on certain criteria such as judgment, status, quantity, volunteerism and so on. The results obtained are the amount of fish consumption in the poor community in the research area before Covid-19, which was an average of 7.73 kg per month and during Covid-19, the average was 5.099 kg per month. So it can be concluded that the respondent's fish consumption is before Covid-19 was higher than the fish consumption of respondents during Covid-19. The factors that influence fish consumption by the poor in the research area are the number of family incomes, education level, number of family members, tastes, fish prices and fish substitution prices.
