PEMANFAATAN ASET DAN KOMITMEN PIMPINAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN MELALUI OPTIMALISASI PEMANFAATAN ASET (STUDI PADA UNIVERSITAS HASANUDDIN)

This study aims to analyze (i) the effect of asset utilization on optimizing asset utilization and increasing income; (ii) the effect of leadership commitment on optimizing asset utilization and increasing revenue; and (iii) the effect of optimizing asset utilization on increasing income.
Quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence the optimization of asset utilization and increase in income. The research location is Hasanuddin University, Makassar City. The population in this study were all leaders at various organizational levels in the work environment of Hasanuddin University with the status of 44 people in the state civil apparatus. Withdrawal of the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis.
The results showed that asset utilization had a positive and significant effect on optimizing asset utilization and increasing income. The leadership commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on optimizing asset utilization and increasing income. The leadership commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on increasing income through optimizing asset utilization. The asset utilization optimization variable has a positive and significant effect on increasing income.
