Latar belakang: Meningkatnya jumlah pasien dengan penyakit kronis memerlukan pelayanan kesehatan secara terpadu dan bersifat intensif. Perawatan paliatif merupakan bentuk pelayanan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien dan keluarga dari penyakit yang mengancam jiwa, dengan pengetahuan yang baik maka sikap perawat dalam memberikan perawatan paliatif menjadi lebih baik terhadap pasien maupun keluarga.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan perawat tentang perawatan paliatif di RSD Kalabahi Kabupaten Alor.
Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jumlah responden 111 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan pemberian kuesioner secara online melalui google form. Pengetahuan diukur dengan kuesioner The Palliative Care Quis for Nursing (PCQN)
Hasil: hasil menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan perawat dengan kategori tinggi (85,6%) tetapi jawaban paling banyak salah pada aspek filsafat dan prinsip-prinsip perawatan paliatif .
Kesimpulan dan Saran: diharapkan kepada perawat RSD Kalabahi dapat mengikuti pelatihan agar pengetahuan terus bertambah.

Background: The increasing number of patients with chronic diseases requires integrated and intensive health services. Palliative care is a form of service that aims to improve the quality of life of patients and their families from life-threatening diseases, with good knowledge, the attitude of nurses in providing palliative care is better for patients and families.
Objective: This study aims to determine the knowledge of nurses about palliative care in RSD Kalabahi Alor Regency.
Method: This study used a descriptive method with 111 respondents. The sampling technique, namely purposive sampling by giving online questionnaires via google form. Knowledge was measured by the The Palliative Care Quis for Nursing (PCQN) questionnaire.
Result: The results showed that the level of knowledge of nurses was in the high category (85.6%) but the answers were mostly wrong on aspects of philosophy and principles of palliative care.
Conclusions and suggestions: It is hoped that the Kalabahi Hospital nurses can take part in training so that knowledge continues to increase.
