DAMPAK KEMITRAAN AGRIBISNIS TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN PETANI BENIH JAGUNG HIBRIDA DI KABUPATEN TAKALAR

This study aims to (1) Analyze the partnership and mechanisms
of corn farming in enterprise inTakalar regency; (2) analyze the difference
in the income level of corn farmers with and without partnership; and (3)
analyze in the welfare level of corn farmers with and without partnership.
The research was conducted in the subdistricts of Pattallassang
and Polombangkeng Utara, Takalar regency. The analysis methods used
were the qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis.
The results reveal that the pattern of partnership between corn
farmers and partner companies is the pattern of the core plasma. The
partner company plays a role as the management company. It does does
not conduct cultivation or fishing effort, but it has a processing unit,
Partnership with a group of begins with the a parthership work plan,
training in the form of technology service, production facility, product
processing, and receiving or selling products of the partner group.
Furthermore, this study reveals that the income level of farmers with
partnership is greater than those without partnership. Finally, the welfare
of farmers with partnership is higher than those withous partnership
