EVALUASI KUALITAS LAYANAN PROGRAM HOME CARE DI PUSKESMAS DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA MAKASSAR

The aim of this study is to evaluate the service quality of home care program at the Public Health Center of Health Service of Makassar City.
This research used descriptive qualitative research method conducted in two stages, i.e. quantitative study from September 21 to October 22, 2020 consisting of 224 samples using google form and qualitative study from october 10 to October 26, 2020 consisting of eight samples through interview. The data were analyzed using frequency test, Spearman test, Mann Whitney test, and Kruskal-Wallis test.
The results indicate that reliability aspect (4-agree Likert Scale), training item, and rehabilitative home care activities are in a neutral range (Likert scale 3- neutral) it is also indicated that the theme of training is conducted once and home care service are more focused on curative. Responsiveness aspect (4-agree Likert scale) with referral theme has a constrain on Sisrute System. Empathy aspect (4-agree Likert scale) with implementation theme is not in accordance with Perwali. Guarantee aspect (Likert scale 4-agree) with income items is in accordance with services. Responses from the respondents in a neutral range (Likert scale 3-neutral) with the theme of the absence of security guarantees of home care officers does not indicate any case coordinator criteria, and there is no service except the cpst of transport of home care. in terms of physical appearance (4-agree Likert scale), SOP items in a neutral range (3- neutral Likert scale) with SOPs theme are made in Public Health Center, so they varied. Other results indicate no correlation between the quality of home care services and age (sig:0.338), length of work (sig:0.452), and there is no difference based on sex (sig: 0.406), education (sig:0.129), and profession (0.272).
