Suhardiman Syamsu. M.Si as supervisor II.
This study aims to determine the role of the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services in the Implementation of Licensing in the Education Sector of Sulawesi Province and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of licensing in the Education Sector. To achieve this goal, qualitative research methods are used to parse the data descriptively. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, documentation, as well as documents and archives using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques.
The results show: the Education Office has three types of permits, namely Permits to carry out activities/events in the education sector which has a total of 22 permits in 2020, Permits for NGOs to carry out activities in the education sector have a total of 16 permits and permits To Build and Extend 50 permits for SMA/SMK/MA school permits Initially, the permit to extend and establish schools, the process of providing licensing services was carried out at the South Sulawesi Provincial Education Office, but after reviewing the efficiency of public services, the entire Education Office permit was delegated to the South Sulawesi PTSP Service. However, in the implementation of licensing, there are obstacles, namely technical barriers regarding slow network access and office infrastructure such as the small office building and the lack of office computers to support the work of the staff and Technical Team.
