EFEK TERAPI COMPLEMENTARY AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE (CAM) TERHADAP PENURUNAN NYERI DIABETIC NEUROPATHY: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW = The Effects of Complementary and AlternatveMedicine Therapies on the Decrease of pain of Diabetic Neuropathy: A Systematic Review

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi modalitas intervensi dan efek terapi complementary and alternative medicine pada nyeri diabetic neuropathy.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain systematic review melalui: PubMed, Proquest, Sciencedirect, EBSCO host, DOAJ, ClinicalKey for Nursing dan Cochrane. Fokus terapi terapi complementary and alternative medicine pada nyeri diabetic neuropathy, desain penelitian randomized controlled trial, lima tahun terakhir, full text dan berbahasa inggris.
Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan lima belas artikel teridentifikasi dan di review meliputi: Mind body spirit therapies Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (1 artikel) dan Mindfulness meditation (1 artikel), Manipulative and body-based therapies Muscle relaxation (1 artikel), Whole Body Vibration (2 artikel), Abzan (1 artikel), Hand and foot exercise (1 artikel) dan Pelatihan resistensi aerobik (1 artikel), Biologically based therapies Nano kurkumin (1 artikel), Citrullus colocynthis (1 artikel) dan Dietary (1 artikel), Energy and biofield therapies Akupuntur (1 artikel), Deep tissue laser therapy (1 artikel), terapi magnet (1 artikel) dan Reflexology (1 artikel).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, systematic review ini mayoritas terapi complementary and alternative medicine dapat menurunkan nyeri diabetic neuropathy, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai terapi tambahan pengobatan konvensional.
