Resky Amelia (M011171032). Perbandingan Tingkat Polimorfisme Marka Rapd Dan Issr Untuk Seleksi Marka Pada Jambu Mete (Anacardium Occidentale)
Jambu mete (Anacardium occidentale) merupakan komoditas unggulan nasional yang banyak dikembangkan di Daerah Timur Indonesia khususnya Kabupaten Bulukumba, Pangkep, dan Sidrap yang merupakan sentra penghasil utama jambu mete dengan produktivitas rata-rata mencapai 0,82 ton/ha dan produksi sekitar 25.275 ton atau 76 % dari total yang dihasilkan pada 10 kabupaten yang disurvei (Nappu, 2013). Tujuan penelitiann ini untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan amplifikasi primer Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) dan Inter-Simple Sequence Reapet (ISSR) pada tanaman jambu mete. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode isolasi CTAB (Cetyl Trimentyl Ammonium Bromide) dan seleksi primer. Hasil amplifikasi sejumlah primer yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa primer yang dapat diamplifikasi yaitu primer OPG 06, OPA 18, OPC 11, OPA 15,OPK 20, OPG 19, OPAE 11, dan OPA 02 untuk RAPD, adapun ISSR adalah primer UBC 810, UBC 813, UBC 814, UBC 820, UBC 822, UBC 823, UBC 824, UBC 830 dan UBC 868. Penanda RAPD menghasilkan polimorfisme (80%) dan ISSR sebanyak (90%).

Cashew (Anacardium occidentale) is a national superior commodity that is widely developed in Eastern Indonesia, especially Bulukumba, Pangkep, and Sidrap Regencies which are the main producing centers of cashew with an average productivity of 0.82 tons/ha and a production of about 25,275 tons or 76% of the total generated in the 10 surveyed districts (Nappu, 2013). The purpose of this study was to identify the primary amplification ability of Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and Inter-Simple Sequence Reapet (ISSR) in cashew nuts. The research method used is CTAB (Cetyl Trimentyl Ammonium Bromide) isolation and primary selection. The results of the amplification of a number of primers that have been carried out show that the primers that can be amplified are primers OPG 06, OPA 18, OPC 11, OPA 15, OPK 20, OPG 19, OPAE 11, and OPA 02 for RAPD, while ISSR is primary UBC 810, UBC 813, UBC 814, UBC 820, UBC 822, UBC 823, UBC 824, UBC 830 and UBC 868. RAPD markers produced polymorphism (80%) and ISSR (90%).
